Hi everyone I'm Holly! I'm a mother of two great kids 13 and 12 and I have two "fellas" in my life....my fiancee and his 14 year old son.
I started quilting about 8 months ago and at the time I also had to teach my self to sew. I started with quilt as you go with straight lines and now I have taught myself free motion quilting. I also enjoy cross stitch, my grandmother taught me at 7. I haven't put the two together yet but it's on my mind. Hopefully in this blog I can share my adventures as I work my way through the quilting world. I am preparing to begin two Quilt Alongs (QAL) and look forward to sharing my progress.
